Contrary to Reports coming from the International Criminal Court Col Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam was not arrested on Sunday.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo an ICC prosecutor had stated that Saif al-Islam and his brother Mohammed Al-Gaddafi had been arrested by rebels

In a propaganda coup for Gaddafi Saif al-Islam emerged on Monday. The ICC prosecutor who claimed he was arrested hasn't responded to journalists requests for comments

Previously the very same prosecutor made claims that Gaddafi was implementing a campaign of systematic rape against the population and supplying his troops with containers of Viagra

If the Viagra rape claims are untrue in conjunction with the claims about Saif al-Islam it will leave the ICC with a serious credibility problem.
