 An apparent secret memo from Neil Ferguson to the UK SAGE group appears to lay out a plan for permanent lockdowns and is indeed very sinister. It is so f**king evil one would automatically think it has to be fake and lets hope it is. However if any of what is said in the memo comes to pass then we know the plan has merit. Judge for yourself but keep it in mind in the months ahead.
