Perugia Italy - 5 anarchists arrested under Terrorism laws

category international | anti-capitalism | other press author Tuesday October 23, 2007 14:56author by guild of assassins Report this post to the editors

Michele Fabiani, 20 yrs, Andrea Di Nucci, 20yrs, Dario Polinori, 21yrs, Damiano Corrias, 25yrs, and Fabrizio Reali Roscini, at 42 years of age have become the latest people described by Italian commercial media as "linked to the Federazione anarchica informale" to be arrested under article 270 (b) of the Italian criminal code. That's the one that makes it illegal to organise a group for national or international terrorist acts and the subversion of the democratic order.

At first glance we're talking about 2 young women and 2 young men & one 42 year old. Maybe the auld-fellah uses mosturiser. Though I doubt it, but at that first glance we might presume on the scant data available at the moment that he'll be termed a "ringleader" of this "informal anarchist federation group". But since I myself (who has never used mosturiser) am closer in years too 42 than 20 - I suggest this story be considered as an update on the ongoing oppression of social movements & black block anti-system types in Italy.

& therefore it ties in to the story of the "letter bombs" and Prodi & Berlusconi which provided a feature article back in 2004 http://www.indymedia.ie/article/62831?comment_order=des...ments

& that's exactly how it is being spun in Italy today. "operation
& naturally provides a useful counterpoint to the news today that the Mafia in Italy have an anual turnover of 120billion dollars. They quite probably do international terrorism on a budget like that, where as a bnuch of punks in a squat even if inspired by a wrinkley of 42 don't really get to make much difference......even if they have unlicensed .38 gun

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7057413.stm

last link to Italian commercial press. Italy indymedia was closed by the Italian state so we have to read commercial news-sites a lot of the time. If this story goes anywhere - will update

This goes here because the last line of the report on an arrest of suspected letter bombers in Perugia mentioned the role played by the Italian state in closing indymedia Italy.
October 12th this year saw the next step on a road to control of the internet in Italy : ......"a new law has been proposed by Ricardo Franco Levi, undersecretary to the President of the Council in Italy, and was approved by the Council of Ministers on 12 October. The proposed law states that anyone with a blog or a website has to register it with the ROC (Registro degli Operatori della Comunicazione), a register of the Communications Authority, produce certificates, and pay a tax, even if they provide information without any intention to make money........."

oh yes. they come for the silly black blockers & no-one says boo.
then they come for the indymedia no-one says boo
then they plaster pics of anorexic kids on billboards & no-one says boo.
& now? don't you see it? there's no-one left to save Italy from Prodi.
Berlusconi was a "________" ..............................................................but we knew where we were with him.
