Interviews with active anarchists in Washington DC and Richmond Virginia conducted in the last few days during my 'Building a Popular anarchism in Ireland' speaking tour. Covers the Richmond slave insurrection of 1800, anarchism in Richmond since 1995, homeless activism and the DC specific problem of building a popular anarchism in a city where there are several protests every day.
There is a little bit of periodic noise on the Richmond interview as it was conducted in the public park that is mentioned in the interview and there were occasional gusts of wind.
Both interviews end with the standard question about the US elections.

Its encouraging to know people are listening to there - the problem with doing online audio is you never know if a significant number of people are downloading. I'm greatly enjoying recording these pieces and wish I had the time to do more.
