This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

The GCFA committee meeting was held in Greenore Sunday 24th August as planned and showed great enthusiasms from the well attended meeting.
The meeting was informed there is no news expected on the Bio-Diesel plant until October 2008.
Activities on the Cutting in Greenore were complemented the Anglers Ireland Event, The Saltwater workshop on Bass fishing was attended by GCFA members which included Archbishop Michael Desmond Hynes Chairperson of GCFA, Signor Seán Crudden and Mr Eric Cuthbert. However some of the day trippers could improve on their litter disposal practices as well as those drinking in public and literally dumping empty bottles at their [arse]. The GCFA meeting welcomed and complemented The Travelling Community who is at present on holiday on the Cutting. As one member put it “they may keep the anti-socials at bay who at night have been causing havoc in the past away from the area”.
One thing however annoying the populous in general is the dust coming from the animal feeding. Dust from the hopper flies in all directions when the grab of the crane does not go low enough to empty into the hopper. As well dust is often a major problem for populous and especially those with chest problems and those who do not want their vehicles covered with dust while fishing and visiting the area. Lorries coming form the port shed this substance as was the case the day weekend of the Saltwater Fishing Festival.
The next meeting to be held on the 16th November 2008 @ 11 AM in Greenore is to address membership numbers for the coming year.

Report Greenore Cooley Fisherman’s Association Meeting 16th November 2008
The GCFA committee met in Greenore Sunday 16th November 2008 and ran smoothly through the agenda which dealt with the following:
• No news to date on port developments
• No complaints about dust or environmental issues at this meeting but praise from chairman of GCFA for Mr Patrick Savage of Greenore Port in dealing with such matters.
• The Cooley Environmental & Health Group is holding a workshop on bullying on the 24th January 2008 details to be released on this after the CEHG meeting in The Strand Hotel Sunday 23rd November 2008 @ 11 am.
• Mr Seán Crudden member on the Louth Community and Voluntary Forum welcomed Ms Ellen O’Hanlon the new administrative officer who was quoted as being “a first class civil servant”.
• A brief discussion made reference to government cuts and the economic situation took place and ended before depression set in.
• Membership fees are paid up to the end of 2009. However some members have not paid thus meaning unpaid up members will have no vote. The next meeting in February 2009 will deal with the said membership in more detail.
• The committee wish all a Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

On the right of Anglesea Terrace (looking North) are the homes of many famous people including Archbishop Hynes and also the O'Hare brothers who were famous in Ireland and America as professional golfers in the 1920's and 1930's. Report on Greenore Cooley Fisherman’s Association Meeting
The GCFA who were on circuit held their meeting session in The Blue Anchor Bellurgan Dundalk Monday 25th May 2009 @ 8 PM sharp.
The beach in Greenore has had the annual cleanup thanks to the louth county council but sadly the GCFA were not notified and an as a result there was no official responsive action from the GCFA due to the secret of this mission as one member put it “we were not notified”! One member asked “what is being done to alleviate the problem of litter as there is no bring bank in Greenore village like say in Omeath and Carlingford”. As well there are seemingly no litter wardens patrolling the area at weekend when large crowds frequent the beach.
The meeting heard no news on the Cutting Development to date except evidence of some dumping of litter on the foreshore in black bags as well as drink cans etcetera which would make it hard to convince people there were any clean up.
A general discussion took place on the economy and its impact on the fishing industry in general. It was noted that there was no mackerel caught in Greenore to date and that one member contended that the sense of fishing in the community seems to be lost and this may be fuelled by the increased accessibility of the populous and the changing role of the society as part of the European Community.
The next meeting of GCFA is scheduled for Monday the 25th May 2009 @ 8pm in The Blue Anchor Bellurgan Point Dundalk. For any problems that arise before the next scheduled meeting you should contact the Secretary or the Chairperson. See website for details http://clik.to/GCFA

The meeting got off to a brisk start and showing much enthusiasm as well as excitement as the diverse list of speakers were put in place for the workshop “Back to Basics- A Plan for Survival” being held in The Strand Hotel Omeath Co Louth Saturday 23rd January 2009 form 2 PM – 5.30 PM.
At least 21 people are involved in the presentation of the workshop each being allowed their individual slots. These include as follows:

The workshop will address the Theme of “Back to Basics - A Plan for Survival trying to establish what this downturn can entail and does it or does it not exist? As well we shall look at the changing patterns of over the years, government policies in dealing with economic and social survival and see what conclusions can be made and/or what recommendations can be made for a better environmental and healthy society for the betterment of all the populous.
Among the attendance at this morning's breakfast and meeting in The Strand Hotel, Omeath, were Pastor Yinka Dixon and Archbishop Michael Desmond Hynes. The Strand is the venue for Cooley Environmental and Health Group's 10th annual winter workshop which is slated for Saturday 23 January 2010.

There was evidence of a pristine environment across Carlingford Lough as I looked towards Warrenpoint from the pier in Omeath on Sunday morning at 9.50 just before breakfast and the meeting of Cooley Environmental and Health Group in The Strand, Omeath. With Killary Harbour our Lough is one of two examples of a fiord in Ireland. The water is deep, the tidal current swift. I am always reminded there of the line from the parable in St. Luke's gospel of Lazarus and the Rich Man ,
"There is a great gulf fixed between us and there is no passing over it from your side to ours nor from ours to yours!"
Incidentally Yinka's name is Nixon not Dixon.
