offsite link Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

RSF: Use of Free State Navy to Protect Shell 'Disgraceful'

category national | miscellaneous | press release author Thursday September 11, 2008 07:57author by Republican Sinn Féin - Republican Sinn Féinauthor email saoirse at iol dot ieauthor address Republican Sinn Féin, 223 Parnell St, Dublin 1author phone 8729747 Report this post to the editors

The use of the Free State Navy to protect the interests of a multi-national
company against those of the local population is a disgraceful, albeit
unsurprising, devlopment, a spokesman for Republican Sinn Féin has said.

The Director of Publicity, Richard Walsh said: “The LE Aoife and LE Orla
warships have both been spotted in the vicinity of Broadhaven Bay off the coast
of County Mayo. Their presence is clearly intended to discourage protests
against Shell.

“However the Shell to Sea campaign are to be congratulated for boarding the
‘Solitaire’ despite the oppressive presence of the 26-County military.

“The ‘Topaz’ brand recently replaced the Shell and Statoil brands
throughout the State – at a cost of €15 million – due to the negative
publicity surrounding Shell’s escapades in Ireland. As such it cannot be said
that Shell are not aware of the fact that the Irish people are deeply opposed
to the laying of the Corrib pipeline.

“We also admire the principled stand taken by Maura Harrington, who commenced
a hunger strike at 1800 hours on Tuesday. Maura has said that she will maintain
her fast until the Solitaire leaves Broadhaven Bay. Whilst everyone hopes that
Shell will not allow themselves to be responsible for her death, it must be
remembered that they ensured that nine anti-Shell campaigners, including Ken
Saro-Wiwa, were hanged in Nigeria in 1995.”

yes there are 32 counties in Ireland and the Republic is 26 of them, the others are under the rule of the British government. Your description of a vile corrupt neo colonist state is your deluded view on things but not as seen by the majority. It is scary to think of how things would be if rsf were in charge. But far be it from me to be a dissenter now is your chance tell the world how you would govern. What economic policies would you implement

"a structure of government designed to provide the maximum distribution of authority at provincial and subsidiary level" is what you are putting forward sounds like socialism to me ell newsflash it does not work any marxist/leninist/trotskiest/socialist model has never worked please point out one that does to us all.

Finally and this is most importantly you are espousing so much democracy as put forward by rsf in their web site. It is a bit rich to be trying to appear as the bastion of democracy when rsf refuse to take part in the current democracies in both the "Republic of Ireland" and "Northern Ireland" These things are a 2 way street and just because you don't like the rules doesn't mean that you go away and make up your own game and expect everybody to play it and forget the old one

a "true irishman" (Id prefer a knowledgable one) as you style yourself would at the very least know that there are 32 counties in Ireland, so the government of the 26 could hardly be called the "Republic of Ireland". Its merely one of the partitionist states (the other the six) that england set up in its intrests, Its a vile corrupt neo colonist state that has nothing whatsoever to due with republican principles. For those you should look to republicans like group who posted the press release (rsf) who are exemplars of republican principle. They suggest a new way called "eire nua" that can be found on their website www.rsf.ie With such a system in place the current crisis in mayo - permitted and encouraged by leinster house - could NOT happen.

Best of luck Maura, shell to hell.

When you refer to the country as the free state you not only show total ignorance for the reality but a total disregard for the many men and women who died so that we could have the republic we have today. While u might not agree with the republic as it is the fact is that we are a democratic republic with a constitution.

Far be it for me to be giving the history lesson but you the main dissenter to the treaty who split and lead the anti treaty forces in the civil war Eamon De Valera himself rejoined the mainstream political establishment and went down the democratic route and went on to create our constitution as we know it. It didnt take him almost 90 years to see the wood from the trees.

Its about time you and your so called republicans opened your eyes. The world has moved on, Ireland has moved on and of course you and your embittered republican colleagues are left in the time warp, dare I say it forgotten people. The fact that you and your ilk have tagged on to this protest and indeed many more with the loony lefties that turns many away from showing support to the protests. Normal right thinking people do not want to be associated with you.

As for the Navy boats well they are a necessary evil in the area at the moment due to the actions of the protestors. What do you expect that the govt will stand idly by and let anarchy rule. As the Gardai are not properly equipped to deal with matters at sea it falls to the Navy to do so.

For the life of me I fail to see how people who are protesting can't see that a large protest = a large police presence yet they constantly gripe about the gardai in the area. As to how the gardai are handling things in the area again if people lie down in the middle of the road blocking traffic they are a danger to themselves and traffic and if the gardai left them get injured the ombudsman would be called straight away.

The reckless abandon showed by the Shell 2 Sea flotilla is another example of what is tantamount to gross stupidity and anybody arrested or removed from the area should thank the person who removes them for potentially saving their lives.

Its time to call a halt to the lunacy now, let Maura eat again. If you want real action take your plight to the courts and seek court orders against whatever grieves you

Workers Party describes Corrib Gas deal as "daylight robbery" and has called for an end to intimidation of the people of Erris
=============================

The President of the Workers’ Party has pledged his party’s continuing support to the community of Rossport and the Erris peninsula in the ongoing struggle of the Shell to Sea campaign.

Mr. Michael Finnegan said, "At this critical time The Workers' Party wishes to convey our total and continuing support for the struggle of the people of Rossport and environs against the depredations of Shell Oil and its cohorts, against the abject surrender of the State to big oil, and of the deployment of the Gardaí and Naval Service who are being used as the enforcers for this profit-hungry international consortium".

Speaking at a Workers’ Party meeting in Ballyfermot, Dublin last night, Mr. Finnegan stated that on a national level the Corrib Gas deal represented daylight robbery of Ireland’s natural resources and on a local level it represented an ongoing and life-threatening danger to local residents and local fishermen.

"Shell Oil", said Mr Finnegan, "or indeed any of the other companies in the Corrib project have no loyalty to the Irish people or the people of Mayo. They have no respect for the environment as can be seen from Alaska to the Gulf of Mexico. They have no respect democracy, human rights, or the rights of indigenous people as is most blatantly seen in Nigeria. Their only loyalty is to their corporate shareholders and expanding their already bloated profit margins. We must ask why they are in Mayo, and say quite clearly that they, and their bullying tactics, are not welcome".

"Since the early 1970s", continued Mr Finnegan, "the Workers Party has highlighted the robbery of our natural resources by international conglomerates and the collusion in this robbery by both the Irish government and the gombeen Irish capitalist class. From the Tynagh Mines to the Kinsale Gas field, or from the Navan Mines to the present day Corrib Gas robbery nothing has changed except the names of some of the actors. Our Natural Gas, one of the most valuable commodities in the world; will be pumped away without one Cent in royalties or profits going to our cash-strapped government coffers. The complete irony is that the Norwegian Government, through their ownership of Statoil, will end up with over 25% of the profits from the Corrib field."

"Once again we congratulate the Rossport Five, Maura Harrington, and all those other local residents who, against all the odds and the forces of the state, are confronting the might of the international oil giants in the interests of their local community"

Its disgracefull that the Irish Free State navy are coming into a dispute over shell to sea. Its bad enough that the free state police force are involved but now the states protectors on the seas are coming into it!!!!!!

Would there ships and crew not be better off searching the waters around Ireland for Drug shipmemts? I suppose that would be something like two much work for them.!! So instead of trying to keep possible shipments of drugs from our shores they are now coming to stop protesters from getting there point across!!! Another waste of tax payers money!!!!

We send a message of Solidarity to Maura Harrington. We acknowledge your bravery and we send our support to you,at this time.
