Jump To Comment: 1 2I hope they received you cordially; Van Oord's statements on Health & Safety should prevent them working at risk to public & protestors, particularly with the bunch of violent nasties that pass for Shell 'security'.
Van Oord have given guarantees to Irish sub contractors that they will not be prosecuted for breaking EU directives and working in the SAC.
So Van Oord believe they are above the law .Complaints should be made to EU regarding the destruction of the SAC`s .Irish subcontractors should be prosecuted.
