Whatever is going on in Los Angeles, Western media want you to know that it is peaceful, okay? And any violence is due to unjustified escalation by the evil dictator in the White House. It's definitely not a riot.

offsite link Why Conspiracy Theories are Always Wrong, Even When There is a Conspiracy Wed Jun 11, 2025 13:00 | Colin Meade
It's tempting to see in the Covid response some malevolent design. And it's easy to find elite networks that promoted the crazy policies. But there's a key reason why conspiracy theories are always wrong, says Colin Meade.

Feb 6/7 - INTERNATIONAL CALLOUT - "Free Manning! Free Assange! Free Speech!"

category international | anti-war / imperialism | press release author Tuesday February 01, 2011 21:10author by "Free Manning! Free Assange! Free Speech!" Report this post to the editors

Feb 6/7 - INTERNATIONAL CALLOUT - "Free Manning! Free Assange! Free Speech! Close Guantanamo!" - Solidarity Vigils at U.S., British, Australian embassies/consultes/high commissions & sites of significance in the "War of Terror"

This CALLOUT comes from
London/Engand
http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2011/01/473143.html
Minneapolis/USA
http://my.firedoglake.com/youmayberight/2011/01/30/prot...ring/
Brisbane/ Australia
http://www.indymedia.org.au/brisbane-vigil-for-wikileak...sange

If you, or your group, commit to such a vigil on Sunday Feb 6th. or Monday Feb 7th. - the eve or opening day of the Julian Assange extradition hearing at Woolwich Court/ attached to the Category A Belmarsh Prison (London) - please make contact with us releasejulianassange at gmail.com

We believe that this extraditon hearing is the first move to put Julian Assange in the space where Bradey Manning presently occupies - out of reach, buried alive in a U.S. gulag! The U.S. 8th amendment- unlike European Article 3 - does not guarantee "assocation" for the prisoner.

WHERE TO GO TO VIGIL?
There are for example 28 British embassies/ consulates in the United States
http://united-kingdom.visahq.com/embassy/United-States/

A crew will be at the Minneapolis British consulate and the consulate in Brisbane, while we will be outside Woolwich Court/Belmarsh Prison (London). We encourage you to go to an Australian, Brtitish or U.S. embassy, consulate or high commission on the eve (Sunday Feb 6th.), or the opening day of (Monday Feb 7th.) of the Julian Assange extradition hearing.

If you are not near an embassy or consulate we invite you to go to a significant site in your locale in relation to this ongoing "War of Terror" now in its 10th. year or go to a place in your local community that is significant in the history of nonviolent struggle against war and preparations for war!

If you can't find a place (try google!) contact us and we will help you!
