Jump To Comment: 1Great post Terry. I've heard recent suggestions about changing our National Anthem. I not sure if its correct but I was told there was a competition on the radio (RTE) surprise surprise, that they were searching for a new National Anthem to replace our present one. In todays Ireland it seems that the B.O.B.S (bend over backwards society) are gaining ground. It apears they will stop at nothing when it comes to smothering Irish Nationalism.
Great idea honouring Patrick Heeney. Good luck with this event and best wishes. Hope ye have a good turn-out, slan.
