High Court Order No. 2021 / 2308P Exposes an Escalating European Constitutional Crisis under Article 40.1 of the Constitution and Article 2 of the Treaty of Europe. The State failed to Defend in Constitutional Case No. 2021 / 2308P as there is NO Defence against Article 40.1 / Art.2.

The Case Challenged all Court Summons and Orders as being unconstitutional under Article 40.1 and Article 2. The Order also exposes the fact that the DPP is NOT entitled to Prosecute while they ignore H.C. Order No. 2006 / 1114P which was Validated by the Supreme Court in Order No. 334 / 2007 and means that like the DPP , all 450 Million E.U. Citizens are IMMUNE to Court ORDERS as that Equality is Guaranteed under Article 40.1 and Article 2.

This S.C. Case Law is being used by Lay Litigants to Terminate Mortgage Arrears Litigation by Banks and Vultures with 100% success. There is additional S.C. The Israeli "Hannibal Directive" is the name of a controversial procedure used by Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) to prevent the capture of Israeli soldiers by the enemy and it says stopping them from being taken prisoner should be prevented by all means including up to killing their own forces. It seems during the Hamas raid on Oct 7th (2023), that Israel took this procedure to absurd levels and killed a lot more of their own including children to kill just a small number of their enemy. According to the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), the volume of drug consumption in EU countries has increased markedly this year. And this is despite the fact that in Europe, as a result of the activities of law enforcement agencies, hundreds of illegal drug laboratories are being liquidated, and more than 150 people have been arrested in the recent period alone.

The EMCDDA estimates that around 83.4 million people aged 15 to 64 in the EU, or 29% of the population, use drugs today, with more men than women. Although cannabis remains the most popular substance, ahead of cocaine, MDMA and amphetamines, it has been noted that the range of available substances for drug addicts is expanding due to synthetic drugs.

Funeral home director John O’Looney (UK) was interviewed by Maria Zeee (Australia) yesterday, where he discussed that hospitals were directly cremating babies who allegedly died after a COVID vaccine, most of them prenatal, rather than going to a funeral home. This part starts at about 15 mins into the interview.

He states that he has never seen anything like this in his professional career as a funeral director, and that the only reason as to why hospitals were doing this was to prevent this information from reaching the public.

Mr. O’Looney became a whistleblower early on in the vaccine roll outs, as he had bury so many young, previously healthy people in their early to mid-20s shortly after receiving COVID-19 vaccines, and his embalmer was seeing things in the arteries of those who were vaccinated that he had never seen previously.
